INTRODUCTION
The Department of Physical Education and Sports establish in 2000. Director of Physical Education ofJanvikasMahavidyalaya, Bansarola is Mr.Prakarsh R. Kakadehas been working since 2000. The college has made available one of the best facilities for indoor games and the college has a big Indoor Stadium for the students.
The college sports teams participated in the various tournaments under the auspices of Dr.BabasahebAmbedkarMarathwada University,Aurangabad. The department is proud to have organized various tournaments.The department works not only the students but also to help the students to improve upon their organization and leadership qualities.
The Department organized daily practice session in the college;selected players represent the college team approximately 17 Teams participate in the tournaments at University level.At present the college is one of the best sports centre in the rural area providing scientific Coaching training facility to college students.
Arranged the Sports Event:
| University Level Chess Competitions on 11-13 Sept. 2013.
| University Level Shuttle Badminton Competitions were organised on 28- 29 Sept. 2017.
| University Level Wrestling Tournaments were organised in the college on 09-11 Nov. 2009
| Indoor Stadium: With two Badminton Courts, Chess, Ceram board,
Table Tennis etc.
| Outdoor: The Sport Department has all equipment for outdoor games. The Department has sent 17 various teams at the University Level games. The following games have been playing in the college.
Holly ball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Joggle Throw, Hammer Throw, DiscsThrow, Cricket, High Jumpand Long Jump has been practicing.
